Who We Are

Daniel R. Brinley focuses his practice on assisting clients with a range of financial difficulties.  Specifically, he draws on his more than 15 years of legal experience to defend clients against foreclosure proceedings, assist clients with declaring bankruptcy when appropriate, and help clients avoid bankruptcy by utilizing short sales and loan modification.  Mr. Brinley also assists clients seeking to purchase a home with real estate closing matters, with an emphasis on distressed properties.
